One Clever Canine provides professional dog training services, including:

• In-Home Training
• Executive In-Home Training
• Board & Train Programs

• Behavior Modification
• Free Evaluations for eligible clients

Each training plan is customized and delivered by certified trainers using traditional, non-treat training methods unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

By signing up for any of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information about your dog
• Follow the training recommendations provided
• Pay all agreed-upon fees prior to or at the time of service
• Disclose any health or behavioral issues of your dog in advance

Failure to do so may result in cancellation or adjustment of your training plan.

4. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

• Free evaluations are available to eligible new clients (ages 2 months to 5 years, trainer approval required)
• Training plan pricing starts at $600 and varies based on custom needs and program length
• Full payment is due before services begin unless otherwise agreed
• Refunds may be issued only if requested before services are rendered and at the discretion of One Clever Canine
• Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited or rescheduled at additional cost

5. Service Limitations

One Clever Canine reserves the right to refuse or discontinue training services in cases of:

• Aggressive or dangerous behavior beyond what is manageable
• Client non-cooperation or negligence
• Unsafe environments or lack of necessary cooperation at the client's location

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, logos, videos, testimonials, graphics, and images) is the intellectual property of One Clever Canine and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without prior written consent.

You agree not to:
